A very useful tool!
This tools makes it easier to cut fabric with precision and measure hems and seams. I've used it to give a round finish to corners, easy and practical.

Excellent for getting a level hem and adding seam allowances.
Although not a cheap notion, it is a very accurate way of adding seam allowances or spacing buttons and buttonholes. It is also perfect for getting a level hem.
