Pretty addition to your cross stitch
I like how this colour looks so pretty on you're cross stitch. I use it on its own, or mix one strand in with another colour of normal thread to give a hint of gold so it's more discreet. The only thing I don't like about these metallic threads is that each strand splits quite easily while you're sewing, so you have to keep cutting the loose end off which is a waste. However, it does look pretty

fantastic product
it gives a lovely sparkly look to my stitching. It can be difficult to stitch with, so you need to use a shorter length to prevent fraying

Lovely detail to cross stitch
This thread is a great addition to a cross stitch piece. It gives a lovely sparkle detail - i have bought a few of the colours in this range. It is not quite as easy to use as the regular embroidery thread because it is more coarse but it still works up a treat

My favourite colour
I use these for making tzitzit tassels as YHWH instructed. This colour is my favourite. I’ve used it for two sets. It unravels a little bit easier than the other threads but the tiny threads are sturdier and easier to pull taught when I’m wrapping and tying.

First time using metallic thread
Gold thread is great. It’s quite fiddly to use at times and is temperamental when threading the needle. I found two strands worked best on my project but it was my first time using metallic thread.

Difficult to work with
This thread is not the same as normal embroidery thread. The different threads come apart really easily while using and it seems to unthread itself from whatever you are embroidering.

Perfect for Belle's ball gown!
Very easy to sew with, not too stiff, pliable and looks great.
Added sparkle to Belle's ball gown, made my efforts a lot easier to achieve!
One of the better threads to work with.
