Effective when done but took an age!
The fringe was very stuck and difficult to raise. At time it took the gold later off underneath showing white card. Took about 25 minutes to complete mainly due to not being able to get an edge to raise. When I did whole sections raised as one price and so I had to separate them individually to get the required look of a fringe

Absolutely shocking, Really disappointed with this product, It looked nothing like packaging description, But then again, should have known better than to purchase an over priced, over image styled Product from Ginger Ray, lesson well and truly learnt.

Disappointed
The letters were much smaller than I expected, the foil tassels were not cut properly so while trying to free them, the top layer of foil came unstuck, leaving white card exposed.

Frills didn't ruff up.
The frill didn't fluff up. It ripped or just stayed flat. Not very effective overall. I wouldn't buy again.
