GS Supplies Hypo Cement is a clear-drying, medium-strength cement that is ideal for applying to fine detail work. The precision applicator allows maximum control and this will be ideal for a wide range of projects, including jewellery making, watch repairs, model building, creative crafts, ceramics, plastic repair, fly fishing lure, general household repair and more.

The cement is clear drying, offering a medium-strength cement that will not damage surfaces. The glue will become tacky after 10-15 minutes, allowing you to readjust and perfect the position. It will fully dry after an hour.

The cement will not bond fingers and can be easily removed with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Chillihilly from A really useful product to have in the toolkit. I have just started using this jeweller's cement. It is applied through a needle-fine nozzle and sets quickly. The instructions that come with the tube on the inside of the carton are comprehensive and easy to follow, the most important being "don't squeeze the tube too hard" !! If you do, you will have endless glue oozing out of the needle tip. It is fantastic for setting stones - I've just replaced a chip of marcasite that fell out of an earring. On the whole - go get it, crafters!

A good tip for after you have finished using it is to wipe the tip with nail varnish remover on a bit of cotton wool so it doesn't stick when you put the pin in, wait for it to stop pouring out and give it a good wipe before putting the pin in.

It is great, easy to use with tiny applicator, useful for delicate work. It sets in 10 mins so you have time to work the piece and dries in 24 hours. It also dries clear. Would recommend.

So far it has done the job and nothing has come undone. Is a bit fidgety when sealing the cap back on though.
