As part of our commitment to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, we believe that when you feel represented, respected and included, you can be more creative, innovative and successful.

Our goal is for the Hobbycraft website to be accessible for all users and to ensure it operates in full for everyone. To achieve this, we follow the best practice guidelines provided by the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C's) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level A & AA. We are also working towards adhering to the latest guidelines version WCAG 2.1 by June 2025.

This means that our website is technically compatible with assistive technologies and that our web team are trained to ensure that the content we publish is legible, and that it meets the guidelines for colour contrast, image descriptions and video captions.
