Angel Policy

Hobbycraft are an Angel company.

We grant certain creative artists a limited non-exclusive, non-transferrable licence to allow our own images to be used on items for resale, without restriction on quantity, as long as everything is handmade (including hand stamped, hand coloured) and you have personally made a tangible, substantial, creative contribution to the products that you sell.

All of our images and artwork are protected by copyright. Please do not reproduce any of our images digitally, electronically or mechanically, by means of computers or copy machines unless you are using these machines purchased through us. If you are using machines purchased through us, you have permission to scan images and can print and cut them out mechanically provided that you abide by the other terms of this Angel policy.

Use of our images for mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, packaging the image shapes "as is," without a substantial creative contribution by you, or syndication of images for sale is strictly prohibited.

You must make it clear that the items are hand-made, and not a product of or associated with us or any of our licensors.

You may not use our trade marks in any way and you may not use the images for the purpose of creating your own logos or company trade marks.

Any person who uses our images pursuant to this permission agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms.

We do not take responsibility for any other company’s angel policy. Please seek advice from the relevant company.
