Pattern Notes
This pattern is written using UK terms.
We recommend using an x-stitch in place of the dc stitches to make these squashes, as it will give you a very tidy, tight crocheted shape. Instructions for this can be found below, however if you prefer, you can use standard dc stitches.
We recommend stuffing your squashes very firmly, using the end of your crochet hook to help stuff as much toy stuffing inside as possible.
Abbreviations
Dc – double crochet
Sl st – slip stitch

Fasten off, cut yarn then weave in ends.
Use your finger or back of your crochet hook to turn the clusters inside out.
*Crochet a cluster stitch of 6 tr over 2 sts: Instead of crocheting a cluster st of 6 tr in the next st, you work this cluster st over the next two sts: Work 3 half-done tr into 1 st, then 3 half-done tr over the next st until you have 7 loops on your hook. Note the first loop on your hook is from ending of the previous sl st. Yarn over hook and pull through 7 loops, to connect the loops together, then work one ch to close the cluster.
