Fold each length in half and attach to the dowel using the Lark's Head knot.
Cut 80cm length in rust and work 10 half square knots around the first 2 strings.
Cut 1m length in ecru and work 6 square knots around the next 2 strings.
Cut 1m length in mustard and work 16 half square knots around next 2 strings.
Cut 1.2m length in ecru and work 9 square knots around next 2 strings.
Cut 1.4m in rust and work 24 half square knots around next 2 strings.
Cut 1.4m length in ecru and work 12 square knots around next 2 strings.
Cut 1.8m length in mustard and work 32 half square knots around next 2 strings.
Cut 1.8m length in ecru and work 15 square knots around next 2 strings.
Cut 2m length in rust and work 40 half square knots around next 2 strings.
Cut 2m length in ecru and work 18 square knots around next 2 strings.
Cut 2.4m length in mustard and work 48 half square knots around next 2 strings.
Cut 2.4m length in ecru and work 21 square knots around next 2 strings.

Turn your work over and sew in all ends.
Cut strings to your desired length.
Brush the lengths.
