How to make

Step One

Cut your piece of paper into a square. To do this with ease, turn the paper portrait and fold the bottom left-hand corner until it lines up with the right hand edge of the paper. Then, simply cut the remaining paper off.

Step Two

Fold the paper corner in half to corner to make a triangle shape. Open the paper out again, turn 90 degrees, and repeat. Once unfolded you should have two fold lines in a 'x' shape on the paper.

Step Three

Starting with the paper open, fold in half lengthways. Open out, turn the paper 90 degrees, and repeat. You've now made the second two fold lines in a '+' shape over the top of the 'x'.

Step Four

Open out the paper and turn it over so that the folds are facing away from you. Fold each of the four corners into the centre.
