How to make
Melt your chocolate according to the instructions on the packet. Use a fine paintbrush to add the details first. Use the end of the brush dipped in chocolate for the dots.
When the chocolate details have set, fill the mould with contrasting chocolate. Leave to set before turning out the chocolates.
For the chocolate nutcracker, firstly take a little modelling chocolate to fill in the feet.
Top the mould up with melted chocolate and leave to set.
Invert the mould on a flat surface lined with grease proof paper and gently flex to release the nutcracker.
Decorate your chocolates with edible gold paint details.
