You will need
How to make
* A Pair of Canvas Shoes
* Blank Paper or a Tablet (Optional)
* A Coloured Pencil
* A Selection of Fabric Paints
* Gold Flat and Round Taklon Brushes 6 Pack
* A Selection of Dimensional Fabric Paints
First, remove the laces of your shoes as this will stop any unwanted paint getting on them.
Taping off the soles of the shoes is optional, but it prevents any accidental paint marks occurring on the soles of the shoes. If you choose to do this, masking tape works best!
Now it's time to plan the design! This makes it much easier to have an idea of the layout of the shoe and make sure everything is the right size and proportion when you paint them!
You can do this digitally or just on paper.
