A row counter that DOESN’T COUNT.
Ordered on a Click n Collect as item wasn't available in store.
For a well known quality brand it's awful.
It's a counter that DOESN’T COUNT.
The mechanism must be faulty or poor quality. It just doesn't click on to the next set of tens. The single units dial mostly behaves but it's just madness with the tens dial. If you watch it you'll see 09 change to 00 instead of 10 or 19 change to 30!! Awful. If I had seen/tested instore I would not have purchased. It looks pretty, colour and mandala pattern, and comes in a cotton drawstring pouch BUT there is nothing MINDFUL about using this row counter.
Now requires a trip to the store to get a refund. I'm not risking ordering a replacement either.

Disappointed
Pretty nicely packaged and should do the job. However disappointing quality control that a screw on the back is missing and as numbers not lined up think this is affecting the internal mechanism. Will need to return but annoyingly not available in any local stores.
Could also be improved by having 3 digit capacity though obviously I was aware of that prior to purchase.
