Great for modelling
I bought this to make fondant models for cakes. I takes food colourings really well and can be mounded into different shapes easily. In wouldn't recommend it for flower work as it is hard to get a defined edge when really thin.

Favourite fondant icing
Renshaw Fondant icing is, in my opinion, the best on the market. It isn't as sweet as some, and doesn't leave an after taste in the mouth.
In the past I have always gone to a specialist supplier to get mine, but Hobbycraft have a wide range of colours and is competetively priced - watch out for offers though - it can be cheaper to buy 1 500g pack than the two for £6.

Excellent product
This icing is perfect for ease of use and time saving. I used to make my own til I discovered this many years ago. Comes in a range of beautiful colours too. Very easy to use, and with a little icing sugar or cornflour it doesn't stick when rolling. I used this white with grey and black to make some beautiful marbled icing. It's very versatile. Tastes good too.
