Rated 3 out of 5 by turbofaye from Roll out icing I bought this pack of roll out icing along with a pack of 1kg roll out icing to put together to cover a big square cake but sadly the icing did tear on each of the four corners of the square cake im not sure why may be because i rolled it too thin i dont know but it was very dissapointing & i had to cover the tears on the cake with royal icing piping

The colours mixed in easily and the icing is easy to roll out, mould and cut out using shaped cutters. It also tastes good. It was my first time using fondant icing and I will definitely use this again.

Neutral taste, and easy to colour if you need to (I use paste and a cocktail stick to add it as, if you add too much liquidy colouring, it can get too sticky very quickly)
