Revell Contacta Liquid Special is a special chrome bonding agent which is also suitable for many other materials. It is designed to prevent the welding effect.

Revell Contacta Liquid Special will bond metal, wood, paper, card-board, glass and textiles with plastic, as well as with each other. It's even suitable for using on clear parts, such as windows and cockpits, because it does not attack transparent material.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Grey Wizzard from Useless I know it was a rookie mistake picking this up thinking it would be good for plastic kits. Big mistake, this glue is useless. It takes a long time to dry, leaves a gloopy stringy mess all over the model. Go with the Contacta professional glue instead. Also there is a brush attached to the cap, supposedly to make it easy to apply, the brush glued itself to the bottle when I took the cap off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by kirby356 from barely bonds I have used a lot of different glues for plastic and this is by far the worst, it was bought in desperation as tamiya was out of stock. I will not be finishing this bottle, building a kit that usualy takes 40mins took 3 hours!!! as things just dont dry and take multiple applications to bond. AWFUL
