Easy preserving.
I have been using Silver Spoon preserving and jam sugar for years. It takes all the guess work out of making jams, marmalade and even chutneys .... A lovely product.

Jam sugar
I bought the jam preserve to make raspberry jam, however the product is not suitable. Perhaps the store should stock jam sugar as well as the preserve.

Always gives a better yield.
Worked a treat when making Seville Orange Marmalade. Using Preserving or Jam Sugar rather than granulated always gives a better yield.

This preserving sugar was a great find as 3 other major food stores were sold out.
Using my own apples and Damsons I have made some excellent chutney ready for Christmas with the Silver Spoon Preserving sugar.
