Make a whole family to display, or simply one for Dad to celebrate Father's Day – you could even personalise the pot to give the character clothes to match Dad's favourite shirt!

How to make
To make 3 small pinch pots divide up your clay into thirds.
Roll a portion of the clay into a cylinder shape.
Put your thumb into the top of the cylinder and then pinch around the sides, slowly smoothing and gently pulling round as you go.
Smooth out any cracks - although don't worry about it being completely smooth, the joy is in the imperfections!
Using the clay tools, press in the eyes and eyebrows, pinch in the ears and add a little nose if you wish. Leave to dry for a couple of days depending on the weather.
Paint on the clothes starting from under the nose. Leave to dry Tip - have fun with the pattern painting on this section, you could paint checks, spots or stripes!
Paint on a thin layer of Modge Podge, for extra durability apply 2 layers
