How to Make Superhero Mask Cookies

Ingredients:
For the masks:
Mask templates
200g (7oz) soft salted butter
200g (7oz) caster sugar
2 tsp Dr. Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Extract
1 medium egg
200g (7oz) plain flour
To decorate:
Renshaw Ready to Roll Icing in red, blue, white, yellow
Rainbow Dust Gold Edible Lustre Powder
Cake Star Writing Icing in red, blue, white, yellow
Honey
Pre–heat fan oven to 180°C.
Mix the butter, sugar and Dr. Oetker Madagascan Vanilla Extract.
Add the egg and mix together to combine.
Add in the flour and continue mixing until a dough is formed.
Roll out to approximately 5mm thickness.
Cut out your templates and use to cut out the mask shapes with a sharp knife.
Place on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Roll out the Dr. Oetker Coloured Regal-Ice with a small rolling pin.
Using your mask template once more, cut the icing to shape.
Place icing mask on your cookies, using a little honey to stick.
Decorate your masks with cut-out shapes with writing icing and gold lustre powder.
