I am an amateur baker but decided I wanted to make my daughters baptism cake. I did a lot of research about buying pre coloured icing vs colouring it myself. I decided on the latter option as it gave me more flexibility without having to buy endless different colours. These colour gels were so easy to work with and made the cake look sensational. You can make several different shades out of one colour and it blended into the icing easily. Worth the purchase and I've barely used much from each tube.

Perfect!
This is brilliant! I wanted a pale pink buttercream and I only needed to use 1-2 drops and it makes the most gorgeous colour. You can add more to make it darker
