Chris Fenlon
Retail & People Director
Chris has been People Director at Hobbycraft since 2011, and has recently become Retail & People Director. Chris looks after all HR and retail activities for Hobbycraft across stores, the Hub and our distribution centre.
Chris has worked in B&Q and GAME in a variety of roles including Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Reward and Talent Management. Chris started his career as a Retail Manager and moved into HR as his career developed.
Chris is a keen (but very amateur) ice skater and will skate a couple of times a week, either practicing solo, pairs or synchronised skating. His other interests include baking and crochet, most notably crocheting a double bed blanket (though it did take a couple of years).
