Katherine Paterson
Customer Director
Katherine has been Customer Director at Hobbycraft since 2012 and is accountable for marketing and brand, the Hobbycraft Club and up to 2022, our ecommerce business.
Katherine joined Hobbycraft from B&Q, where she was Executive Marketing Director for two years, and, prior to that, spent nine years at ASDA in a variety of roles including Marketing Director and Ecommerce Director. Before that, she spent nine years with Mars Inc. across a number of Marketing, Customer and Sales roles.
Katherine has a passion for running and pilates, but is also a self-confessed baking and cake-eating enthusiast – ideal for life at Hobbycraft! Originally from the North East, she now lives in Winchester, where she enjoys throwing herself into all things making and baking with her family.
