I bought this item because it's so small and cute. It wasn't a logical purchase, or one with a use at all! That said: The measurements given are accurate to my item, and the full size of the frame is approximately 11.5cm x 11.5cm. It stands nicely and the sawtooth hook on the back is firmly attached so I believe it will hang nicely too. The item is well put together, sturdy, and painted neatly and with a good, opaque coverage. I'm sure whatever use I find for it I will be even more thrilled with my purchase!

I needed a small frame to put my husbands custom lego pieces in this frame was exactly what I was looking for so will definitely be in touch in the future, they have thick frames and is very sturdy for being put on the wall. Looks fab

Easy to use, looks fabulous when filled.
This small box frame was very easy to open. It is simple to fix the display item (a tiny polymer clay cactus, in this case) and check it looked correct before closing the frame back up again. And closing it was easy too. It is secure (stuff won't randomly fall apart with the frame!). The black finish sets off the display item very well.

Just what I was looking for!
Good quality, nice and deep, and perfectly sized for what I needed. The board on the back is a little hard to get out, but managed to jiggle it out eventually. I have bought another in a largwr size for another project, and have recommended to my NCT friends as the small ones are perfect for scan pics and babies ID tags!

It's a box frame, it's black, it's good value!
Identical to the offering from other stores, I particularly needed a black one, which Hobbycraft do and other's seem not to! The back cover was a bit stiff as it was 1mm too wide, so had to sand down, a minor flaw I've never had before so other than that, very happy.

Perfect for the job!
I love these little black box frames . They are well made and very versatile.
I have used them to put present small pieces of my fused glass and also for small decorated envelopes sent to me from my daughter in Japan..... they fitted perfectly and looked great. A good price , especially when in the sale!

Making gifts
