Ch – Chain

Sc – Single crochet

Hdc – Half double crochet

Hdc2tog – Half double crochet 2 together

Slst – Slip stitch

Step-1
Take 2 strands of cotton blend together Ch15 Sc in 3rd ch from hook Sc to end of row,
Step-2
Ch2, turn. Sc to end of row Continue for another 12 rows (14 rows of sc in total)
Step-3
Ch2, hdc2tog, hdc until you have 2 stitches left on the row, hdc2tog, Ch2, turn
Step-4
Repeat for another 2 rows Fasten off and weave in ends.

Step-5
Fold your work into thirds, starting from the bottom upwards and folding down the top envelope flap.

Step-6
Ch1 and sc up along the side of your bumbag to join. Do not fasten off

For the strap – ch1, turn and sc along 3 stitches. Repeat for another 44 rows

Repeat these steps for the other side. Fasten off and weave in ends

Step-9

For the tassels – cut even lengths of yarn and loop through the bottom stitches of your bumbag alternately.

Cut and trim to length.
