How to Make a Princess Number Cake

Bake sponge. Use instructions in tin packaging to form “5”. Bake and cool sponge. Remove from tin. Use edge of insert or knife to trim corners, diagonally across 2 squares on each corner to achieve the '5' shape as per the instruction diagram.
Colour your icing using a small amount of food colour paste, to create four different colours. Transfer to four disposable piping bags prepared with tip 3. 3. Using palette knife and white icing, ice top and sides of sponge smooth. Mix together equal parts White Sparkling Sugar, Gold Pearl Sugar, White Nonpareils, White Sugar Pearls and Pink Sugar Pearls. Lightly press the sprinkle mixture half way up sides of cake.
Use tinted icing to pipe various crowns, names and other decorations on top of cake.
