* DK Yarn - White and Grey
* 4mm Knitting Needles
* 4mm Crochet Hook
* A Small Button
* White Thread and a Small Needle
* Scissors
* Yarn Needle
Tension:
22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm
Abbreviations:
k - knit
p - pur
ss - slip stitch
ch - chain
How to make:
Using white yarn, cast on 60 sts
Row 1: *k1, p1*
Row 2: *k1, p1*
Row 3: k2, work in pattern until 2 sts remain, k2
Continue to work the graph until all rows have been worked, ensuring you k2 at the beginning and end of each row.
Repeat rows 1 and 2 again
Cast off, and work in your ends
Using the crochet hook and white yarn, ss into the center of one side of the cosy. Ch8 and then ss back into the same side of the cosy.
Attach a button on the opposite side of the cosy using white thread.
Your snowflake mug cosy is now complete!
