You will need
You will also need:
* Assorted embellishments (sequins, google eyes, ribbons etc.)
* Washi Tapes
* Selection of Festive Stamps
* A fork
* Scissors
* Adhesives - Glue stick, Glue dots, PVA Glue
* Paint brushes
* Black fineliner
* White chalk pen
Step 1: Place the top part of your hand in some white paint and print onto the card. If you need to fill in any gaps, you can apply some more paint with your finger.
Step 2: Make some simple accessories. Cut small shapes to make little hats, pom poms for earmuffs and a piece of washi tape for a scarf.
Step 3: Glue these accessories on to the snowmen using a glue stick.
Step 4: Add the features of the snowman: an orange crayoned nose, and then the eyes, smile and buttons in pen to finish.
Step 5: Stamp on ‘Happy Christmas’ in the white space created by your palm, underneath the snowmen to finish.
Step 1: Dip the fork into the green paint and then roughly print onto your card forming a tree shape. Leave to dry.
Top tip: Dip the fork into the two shades of green for a lovely textured look.
Step 2: Glue a star on to the top of the tree, and then glue on the pom poms and sequins to decorate.
Step 3: Using a brown felt tip pen draw on the tree stump.
Step 4: Stamp on the Merry Christmas to finish.
Step 1: Paint the top part of your child’s hand in red paint. This will form Santa’s hat. Then paint the fingers and lower part of the palm in white to make the beard.
Step 2: Carefully print the hand onto the card and leave to dry.
Step 3: Glue on a pom pom for the nose and one as a bobble for the hat, then a pair of googly eyes.
Step 1: Lightly draw around something circular - I used a teacup here. This will be your guide for printing the wreath.
Step 2: Dip the cork into some green paint and then print around the edge of the circle. Leave to dry.
Step 3: Print on the Merry Christmas stamp in the centre of the wreath.
Step 4: Decorate your wreath: add a tiny bow to the lower centre of the circle, then add pom poms and sequins to finish.
Step 1: Draw around something roughly the size you’d like the baubles to be and then turn the paper over - you should be able to see the circle through the paper.
Step 2: Stick on strips of washi tape to completely cover the area of the circle.
Step 3: Turn the paper over again and then cut around the circle.
Step 4: Stick the circles onto the card.
Step 5: Using a white pen draw on the hanging strings and a bow above each bauble.
Step 6: Stamp to finish.
Step 1: Firmly place your finger on the inkpad and then press onto the card.
Top tip: You could use different fingers for different size robins
Step 2: Add little wings, beaks and legs to make your robins move! Add some music notes to make it look like they are dancing to music.
Step 3: Stamp your Christmas message to finish.
Step 1: Take an A5 size piece of green paper and placing it in vertically, fold down approx. 1cm of the paper, then fold it back on itself. Continue to concertina it all the way until you reach the end of the paper
Step 2: Cut the folded paper into three rectangles of graduating size.
Step 3: Glue on these little rectangles lined up on along the centre crease of the card, roughly spaced 1cm apart. The smallest should be at the top.
Top tip: Ensure you leave enough space at the top to place a star.
Step 4: Take a sequin star and fold it in half and then glue it to the top of the tree placing the fold of the star into the fold of the card. You could also add a pot for the tree using some brown paper. Simply cut out a pot shape then fold it in half and glue the crease into the crease of the card.
Step 5: Glue the top of the green folded papers and then carefully fold the card together and press firmly.
Step 6: Glue on some sequins, these will look like they are hanging from the top of the card, so place them at varying heights and spaces apart to make the composition lively.
Step 7: Draw on the strings and a little bow above each decoration.
Step 8: Stamp on your Christmas message to finish.
Step 1: Using the hexagon board, find the centre and place a hama bead there. Then place more beads around it to make a circle, then another on outside of that circle.
Step 2: Then using the point from the hexagon as a guide make a line of beads going from the centre to each corner. This will be your base and then you can add any other details to make your snowflake interesting.
Step 3: Heat seal the hama beads according to the manufacturer’s instructions and leave to cool.
Step 4: Carefully remove the hama bead snowflake from the backing board
Step 5: Place sticky dots on the back of the snowflakes and stick firmly to the card.
Step 6: Stamp your Christmas message to finish.
