Choose four or five pastel colours of acrylic paint and dot them onto a sheet of A4 card in a curve. Position the squeegee at the top, touching the card, and pull it down through the paint, following the curve. Make sure you hold the card firmly in place as you do this, to avoid it moving with the squeegee. Leave to dry thoroughly.

Trim your art to the same size as the square card blank and stick it on with double sided tape. Draw a circle in the middle of the front of the card, about 5cm in diameter, and carefully cut it out using a craft knife.

Use the letter stamps and orange ink pad to stamp your message to the inside of the card, under the cutout circle (so that it can be seen when the card is closed).

Select four or five colours of paint and squeeze varying sized blobs of them onto your canvas. Position the squeegee at the top, touching the canvas, and pull it down through the paint, making sure you hold the canvas firmly in place as you do so. You might need to pop a piece of card behind the canvas to keep it taut. Leave to dry thoroughly.

Draw a quote onto the canvas using the alphabet stencil and a pencil. You might find it helpful to draw some straight lines onto the canvas with a pencil to use as a guide. Go over the stencilled lettering and fill it in with gold Posca pen. Once completely dry, use an eraser to rub out any visible pencil lines.

Make sure you hold the card firmly in place as you do this, to avoid it moving with the squeegee. Leave to dry thoroughly.

Fold a piece of A4 card in half to make a card and trim your art a little bit smaller than your card so that you’ve got a white border around the edge. Stick it down with double sided tape.

Cut a strip of card about 2.5cm wide and write your greeting on it with a pink pen. Trim, and stick to the front of your card with double sided tape.
