I bought this to replace a 20year old machine and now realise how I have struggled!
It arrived promptly and was securely packaged.
The instructions were reasonable and anyway the operation was easy, just needed to confirm threading, bobbin direction etc.
lots of different feet included
the machine runs quietly, it grips the fabric well and it is great to have automatic stitch length etc, no more bits of paper to remember what I did last time.
I have made a wrap dress in slippery stretch material, the early work made me upgrade from my old machine and the finish with this machine has been so simple and professional.
It is light easy to carry and the extension table is most useful, the light isn't very bright but I can live with that, it sews well.

Ideal for what i require
This machine is a lovely machine the automatic tension is excellent.Lots of stitch patternsso it gives plenty choice a the bobbin thread auto stop is great

Great all round sewing machine
Love this machine - this was to replace my 30 year old husquvana - was pretty worried I wouldn’t like it but such a good all round machine and not massively expensive either

Great sewing machine.
Absolutely love my new machine. Easy to programme even for a beginner, speed control is great too.
My only negative is that changing the feet is fiddly but that goes for all Singer machines.

I am very happy with my new sewing machine, easy to use.
If you are looking to get a new machine I highly recommend this one, it is a fantastic machine and the service at Hobbycraft is 1st class, you can't get better service

Sewing machine
Love it I had my old one for many years but this one is so much easier to use no having to stop to fix things. It has many different stitches to use. It took some time to get used to not having a foot pedal but it’s fine now
