If you want a superbly detailed replica of the spitfire mk 1, look no further. Tamiya have included seat belts and metal enhancement parts, and the fit is excellent.

The body shape is superb and the detail from the canopy to the last fuselage rivet is precise
There are many pieces to a very detailed kit . All the pieces fit precisely together with no gaps on the fuselage or wing segments when they are glued together. It represents the finest 1/48th scale Spitfire model to date

its an excellent kit, its well detailed and comes with the option of the canopy open or closed and a pilot figure included in the kit, it comes with 3 different markings and photo etched detail set.

Very good detail!
This is an excellent model to build, its full of detail, the instructions are clear and it comes with photo etched parts for extra detail! Bending and gluing some parts in place can be fiddly so this model is for someone with experience ...or someone who wants a challenge!
