How to Crochet a Granny Square Beach Cover Up

Level
Intermediate
Time
1+ days
Budget
10 - 30
Designed by @craftycruella, this beach cover up is a must for your next visit to the beach or pool, the classic granny stripe, gives it a airy feel and creates a simple yet gorgeous look. It really is an easy project suitable for a beginner and to make things even easier and to stop the beginning chain and first row being too tight I start with a 7mm hook and change to a 6mm hook on row 2. I also work into the back bumps of my chain. Its not essential, I just prefer the finished look. This can be found by twisting the chain towards you, the bump is the visible bump sticking up at the back.
