How to Make Christmas Pudding Cupcakes

Level
Intermediate
Time
1/2 day
Budget
10 - 30
I'm not a big fan of traditional Christmas pudding, so I'd much rather eat one of these christmas pudding cupcakes instead. Easy to make, get kids involved in the kitchen, and share the goodies with friends and family after - if you can bear to give them away!

How to make

Step-1
Roll out the white icing approx. 3 mm thick and use the largest size flower cutter to cut out the 'custard'. Lay this on the top of your chocolate cupcake and smooth down.
Step-2
Roll out the green icing and use a holly cutter if you have one.
Step-3
Make a few leaves and attach to the cupcake with a little cooled, boiled water using a paintbrush. Use a sharp knife to score a line through the middle of each leaf.
Step-4
Use the Poppy red icing to roll holly berries and attach to the cupcake with cooled boiled water and a paintbrush. Use the pointed end of your paintbrush to press the berries on and leave an indentation in each berry.
