Washi tape is perfect for adding a quick personal touch to almost any product! These easy tiles and coasters make cute gifts, wedding favours and brighten up any home.

How to make

Step 1

Start by finding a design you like, either sketch it out on some plain paper or you can start on the coaster straight away.

Step 2

Start adding the tape, I used a pencil to mark where I needed to cut the washi tape, this makes it easier to line up the design. Remember to erase the pencil marks when you've finished.

Step 3

Continue adding your design to the coasters and tiles, don't worry if you make a mistake, the tape will easily come off!

Step 4

Once you have finished your designs, cover the tiles and coasters with Mod Podge gloss, this will seal and protect the tape.
