How to make

Step 1 - Gather Your Supplies
Collect materials such as a poster board or card, magazines, scissors, glue, markers, and any decorative items you like (stickers, washi tape, etc.).

Step 2 - Define Your Goals

Take some time to think about your dreams and goals in various areas of your life, such as career, relationships, health, and personal growth.

 

Write down your key aspirations. What do you want to bring into your life? What do you want to remove from your life?

Step 3 - Find Images and Words

Look through magazines or online resources for images, quotes, and words that resonate with your goals.

 

Cut out or print these items.

Step 4 - Arrange and Glue

Lay out your images and words on the board in a way that feels good to you.

 

Once you’re happy with the arrangement, glue them down.

Step 5 - Display Your Vision Board

Out of sight is out of mind so place your vision board somewhere you’ll see it daily, like your bedroom or office.

 

Take time to reflect on it regularly and visualise your goals coming to life.
