Handles and Pom Poms

Handles (make 2)
Chain 101.
Row 1: 1dc in 2nd ch from hook, 1dc in each ch. Turn.
R2: Ch3, 1tr in 1st st, skip 2st. *3tr in next, skip 2st* rep across. 2tr in last st.
R3: Ch3, 3tr between each cluster of the previous row. 1tr in top of ch3. Turn.
R4: Ch1, 1dc in each st across. Fasten off, leaving a long tail at each end for sewing to the bag.
Lay the bag out flat and measure across the top (approx 58cm). Mark 12cm in from each side, and pin handles to the inside of the bag on both sides. Sew to the main body of the bag using plenty of stitches, and then sew in ends.

Pom Poms
With leftover yarn, make pom poms in various sizes and sew them to one (or more) areas where the handles meet the bag.
