Step 2
Remove ribbon loop and replace with a loop made from the gold bullion wire. Do this by cutting a length of wire, about 12” long and double it over. Twist it along its length and attach to the centre of the wire heart.
Step 3
Using wire cutters, cut the lavender floral picks down into flower heads and leaves. Divide your flowers and leaves into two piles, one the left side and one for the right side of the heart, leaving 3 or 4 leaves to one side.

Step 4
Attach the bullion wire near the pointy base at the bottom of the wire heart. Do this by tying a single knot in the wire and twisting the ends to tighten it. Wrap the excess around the wire frame.

Step 5
Start with some leaves and add them individually to the wire frame by wrapping the bullion wire tightly around them.

Step 6
Continue to wrap the bullion wire tightly around the frame and the stems of the materials, adding in flowers and leaves, overlapping them as you go up towards the top of the heart frame. Mix in a few pink and purple flowers as you go
Step 7
When you reach the middle at the top of the heart wrap the bullion wire around the stems several times. Cut the bullion wire, tie the end in a knot and twist the end around the frame to secure. Cut the stems of the flowers and the leaves short.

Step 9
When you reach the centre, wrap the bullion wire tightly around the ends of the stems and frame several times. Cut the wire, tie a knot, and wrap the end around the stems a couple more times and tuck the end under the stems on hide it.

Step 10
Cut the wire stems off the leaves you had put to one side leaving just the foam leaves. Using a hot glue gun attach the leaves to conceal the end of the stems in the middle of the heart wreath.
