How to make
* Sewing Machine
* Pins
* Thread
* Bias Binding
* Soft Toy Filling
* Scissors
* Fat Quarters
Print and cut out your pattern. You will need six heart shapes altogether – lay your pattern down onto the fabric, pin and cut around the edges. To make this faster you can layer up three fat quarters at a time and cut in one go.
Lay your hearts right sides together, to make three hearts in total.
Lay your hearts down in a line, and place the bias binding on top to see where it goes through the hearts. Pin the two the heart shapes together, leaving a gap where the bias binding will feed through. Repeat for each heart.
Stitch around the edges, leaving roughly a 1.5cm seam allowance.
Take your pins out and trim across the bottom, to create a nice neat point when turned out. Cut a little notch at the top of the heart, in the centre.
Turn right sides out through the gaps you left for the bias binding. Roll out the edges and iron flat.
Lay your hearts in the order you want them, then feed through the bias binding, making sure it doesn't get twisted.
Stuff your hearts, using a little bit of stuffing at a time and evening out as you go. Make sure to push it right into the bottom corner and far side.
Pin the gaps down and stitch across. Trim any loose threads.
