Coffee cake personified
I've been wanting to make a coffee and walnut cake for years but I was frightened of using espresso coffee. I came across this product by accident whilst purchasing other cake products and I thought, it's now or never. I made a beautiful coffee and walnut cake and the flavour was spot on. Also used it to make coffee butter cream. I made a large cake and froze half for another time. I can't wait to try more flavours.

Great coffee flavour
This extract is brilliant! Quite strong so you only need a little and you really get that coffee flavour through! I tried it in tiramisu and it was gorgeous!

Not very strong
Two things against this product. The coffee extract is in alcohol (not good when my daughter's intolerant of alcohol due to illness) and when we did use it there was virtually no coffee taste in either the cake or buttercream. Better off making an extra strong coffee at home and using it.

Coffee extract is amazing!
